This amazing creamy mix has no added sugar; it contains only 6.4 gr of Dairy sugars for every 100 gr of the blend; we use a very low combination of Erythritol and Maltitol to avoid any aftertaste. The No Added Sugar Ice Cream Mix is Gluten Free and made with GMO-free milk from grass-fed cattle.
